Covid-19 Policy

We have implemented the following measures to protect both our staff and our clientele:

  • Clients have been asked to wait in their cars while technicians bring patients from the car into the hospital and back out after the appointment is completed. Conversations with the veterinarian and payment are handled over the phone so that client/staff interactions are minimized
  • Staff are wearing gloves and masks while interacting with clients and changing gloves in between every appointment
  • Our staff has been instructed to follow twenty-second handwashing protocol in between appointments
  • If clients are not feeling well, we ask that another family member or friend bring the pet instead
