"I'll start by saying that they truly do care about your Pets, which means a lot. Ashley at the front desk is just fantastic, as is the bulk of their staff.Be prepared to wait a bit even if you have an appointment, they do seem to be generally overbooked and there's usually a few unexpected things test wise that will come up with most people pets.I will say that Dr. Bast seems young and inexperienced. I think she was likely hired for her surgical skills as they did not have a surgeon on staff prior to her. Her technical skills are good, one of our cats had oral surgery performed by her and we were happy with the results.Dr. Wilson and Dr. Coffman just have a wider breadth of experience. They also truly put you at ease and you know your pet is getting the best standard of care. I think Dr. Bast needs a decade more experience before she can match the other vets in terms of care and bedside manner.I really cannot express just how fantastic Dr. Coffman and Dr. Wilson are."
